Artist's statement:

My artwork reflects my love for the water having lived and vacationed on Michigan Lakes all my life. Thus sailing, marinas, shorelines along with florals and buildings with character are my favorite subjects. Though my professional life started at the University of Michigan in Dental Hygiene, my passion for art started at about three . Serious art lessons pursued me after graduation and workshops by nationally recognized teachers have provided direction.
Painting has enlightened my life.
